South Florida has always been a symbol of diversity and events like the Miami Broward Jr. Carnival that foster the continuance of traditions and exposes others to cultures outside of their own are instrumental. “It is extremely important that we promote our Caribbean cultural in this multi cultural society. The community needs to witness our celebration so they can understand and appreciate the richness and vibrancy of our culture, which will improve our community.” Said Miami Broward Carnival Board of Director, Jeanette Haynes. “Parade participants and patrons should have the most enjoyable and memorable experience in their life. They should leave feeling happy, exhilarated, and with a greater love and appreciation for the Caribbean culture, pledging to return in 2018 for another dose of the infectious Caribbean vibes.”
